On September 16th and 17th the Royal Netherlands Air Force opened Leeuwarden Airbase for the annual Air Force Days. This year later than usual cause in June there were some festivities in de area so the Air Force rescheduled the Air Force Days. On September 15th the RNLAF organized with Aviation Group Leeuwarden a spotters day to watch the arrivals and rehearsals from several demo teams on base. I attended all three days, with the 16th as the airshow day and the 17th as the static day. At the end of day three I can look back to three wonderful days at Leeuwarden AB with lots of photos and great memories.
A big thanks to the RNLAF and everyone one involved in making this days a great success.
