Hello everyone, I'm Michel Koster. Born in The Netherlands in 1986. Started spotting in 2002, my first Airshow was at Naval Air Station De Kooy. Camera I used was just a standard throw-away thing, not the best equipment off course. Experienced my first crash that day, with a Sukhoi aerobatics plane, luckily the pilot surved. After this Airshow I started to visit the Royal Netherlands Air Force Open Days, and I'm hoping to keep doing this every year. In 2003 I got my first SLR Camera, a Nikon F55 with a Tamron 70-300 lens. This marked the beginning of the actually spotting with a good camera. Visited several museums in Holland. In 2004 I started spotting at Schiphol. And after I got my driverslicense, the frequency of spotting at Schiphol increased. March 2006 I started to go Digital with the Nikon D50. Because of the decision to get a digital camera I started a website to display the photos I took during various Spotting-, Airshow- and Museumtrips. And this is the result today, which is still growing. The goal of this site is to show you the photos I took during various visits to museums, airshows and airports. There is no interest of making money with this site. However if you want to receive a photo for different reasons, you can contact me and i'm sure we can work something out.
